Thank you for the apple juice - a nice thought. The cottage is well designed and
very comfortable. The village and its surroundings quiet and peaceful.
Altogether just what we needed!
Just a little
note to say thank you for allowing us to stay in The owls Nest. It was cosy and
well equipped and the surrounding countryside was beautiful. The view from the
bedroom window took some beating. Thank you also for the apple juice- it was
delicious.
We wanted peace and
quiet and have found it here, very restful area with
good local walks in the fields. We
particularly liked Ross on Wye and all the Autumn colours. Also the resident
blue tit that looks through the bedroom window!

Everyone loved the ride on the Forest of Dean railway
and we heartily recommend
the Royal Arms at Llangrove for a fine meal! Beautiful countryside, well
equipped cottage. We really enjoyed the Kingfisher cruise from Symonds
Yat
East along the river.
