                                                                                                    BOOKING INFORMATION:- 

Rates include central heating and electricity. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be hired at £6.00 p. p. for bed linen and £4.00 p. p. for towels, these must be booked at least 6 weeks beforehand, when paying the balance of monies. (If you decide to bring your own linen you will need a bottom sheet, duvet cover and pillow cases, no sleeping bags permitted).


Weekly bookings are from Friday - Friday or Saturday to Saturday, depending on cottage rented. Short breaks are also available by arrangement. Guests may arrive anytime after 3:00 pm and are asked to vacate the property by 10:00 am on the Saturday (or can stay until 4:00 pm on the Sunday if on a short week-end break out of season Fri-Sun).

If you would like to book a self catering cottage in Herefordshire please telephone or email  Angela first to check availability and then send a cheque for 25% of the total payment agreed made payable to Angela Farr as deposit:  in next post. ( for your convenience there is a booking form available to print off and send with your cheque )Please state the number of guests and indicate if bed linen and towels are required.  

All bookings will be confirmed in writing so please include your address with the cheque, the balance of payment will be due six weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. 

For late bookings taken less than 6 weeks before the stay the full amount will be due when the booking is made, again by cheque in the next post.
